Ukraine foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba lauded the US over the recent sanction imposed on Russia’s defence-industrial base.
Kuleba asserted in his post on X where he welcomed the latest development against Russia.
The Ukraine FM said, that any agencies or organizations working for the production of weapons for Russia must be subjected to the most intense pressure.
“We particularly applaud tough measures against Russia’s defense-industrial base and its access to technology and resources abroad”, Kuleba posted on X.
The Ukrainian government has also appreciated the efforts of the United States in sanctioning Russia’s access to modern technology amid Moscow’s brutal invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
The US Treasury Department on Wednesday approved the sanctions of over 300 entities and individuals linked with Russia which includes Chinese suppliers to prevent Moscow from access to products and services needed to maintain its military production.
The Russian government also reacted to the newest sanctions as the Moscow Exchange banned the use of trading in dollars and euros amid the recent sanctions.
