Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez on Thursday revealed the urgent need of both Turkey and Spain to achieve an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
Spain who joined South Africa in the genocidal lawsuit against Israel said, they remain committed to ensuring peace in Gaza in the same manner as their vision of Ukraine.
Pedro Sánchez who received Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the Spanish capital of Madrid welcomed their shared vision over the situation in Gaza.
In a shared press conference, Pedro Sánchez stressed that “Regarding Gaza, both countries share the urgent, imperative need to achieve a ceasefire, the entry of humanitarian aid in proportion to the needs of the people of Gaza, and also the release of the hostages.
He added that both the government of Spain and Turkey’s vision in Gaza is ensuring peace in Palestine and Ukraine, and work based on the international order that ensures the safety of lives and properties.
Pedro also reiterates the two-state solution as the only lasting deal to secure and ensure eternal peace and security in the Middle East region and between Israel and Palestine.
The Spanish Prime Minister said the diplomatic relationship with Turkey is on good terms describing both countries as friendly partners in both economic, social, political, and cultural aspects.
