Former US Vice President Mike Pence received a standing ovation on Monday afternoon at the Jerusalem Post Annual Conference in New York.
During his speech, he criticized Joe Biden and delicately balanced his praise for former President Donald Trump’s support of Israel without fully endorsing him as a candidate.
Pence remarked that Biden’s arrival in Israel shortly after October 7 was timely, stating that Biden said what needed to be said. However, Pence expressed his deep disappointment at Biden’s wavering rhetoric regarding Israel.
Pence emphasized that President Joe Biden’s message in this critical moment should be unequivocal: America stands firmly with Israel until the hostages are returned and Hamas is decisively defeated.
He underscored the urgency of clear and unwavering support from the United States for Israel. Pence also advocated for imposing severe sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC) for their charges against Israeli leadership.
