The organized Labour Union has suspended their indefinite national strike following a meeting with the representatives of the FG for hours.
Both the Labour and FG have agreed on a new minimum wage which is above the proposed 60,000 offered by the FG.
The TUC president Festus Osifo said this on Tuesday in Abuja after a joint extraordinary national executive council meeting of the unions. A communique will be issued shortly, the labour chief said.
The NLC is expected to announce shortly about the suspension of the strike.
