The Hamas militant group on Monday of footage of a masked individual as they attacked the village of Bat Hefer east of Netanya, Israel.
According to the video, the individuals wearing the Hamas headbands swore their allegiance to the resistance group as they carried out the attack.
According to Israeli media, no casualties were reported following as the militant group said the attack was undertaken in response to an Israeli aerial attack in Rafah on Sunday night which led to the death of dozens leaving nearly a hundred injured.
Also on Monday, a group of 30 Palestinians crossed into Bat Hefer after climbing over the security fence near Tulkarem which the Israeli forces said is aware of the security deficiency along the fence.
The footage discovered showed the group of men crossing into the other side of the wall using a rope before departing to an unknown location with vehicles awaiting them.
The IDF has made a statement regarding the insecurity surrounding Bat Hefer after receiving reports of an underground sound from a tunnel coming from the Hamas-controlled area near the Judea and Samaria security barrier.
There have been speculations among the Israeli civilians in Samaria of an imminent attack from the militant group using paragliders or other means to cause more casualties to people living along the border.
