The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) organization requested Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu to “promptly make public details of your assets, income, investments, liabilities, and interests and to encourage your Vice-President-Elect to do the same.”
SERAP urged the President-elect to “start with a clean slate by promptly divulging details of your assets, income, investments, liabilities, and interests and to motivate your Vice-President-Elect to do likewise.”
It also called on him to “rapidly prioritize the full and effective observance of human rights, media freedom, the rule of law and the country’s judiciary, including by quickly obeying countless court judgments which the government of President Muhammadu Buhari has frequently disregarded.”
