The Hamas resistance group has accepted the ceasefire fire proposal adopted by the UNSC on Monday.
Hamas in a report by their spokesperson said they are ready to negotiate for the peace deal and urge Israel to abide by the decision strictly.
Speaking for Hamas, Abu Zuhri said Hamas will abide by the UNSC adopted resolution regarding the ceasefire, withdrawal of Israeli troops, and swap of prisoners of war for detainees held by Israel.
In the resolution, the UNSC disclosed Israel has accepted the ceasefire after failing to abide by previous ceasefire resolutions by the United Nations.
Hamas accused Israel of complying with international orders regarding a ceasefire in Gaza after ignoring the ICJ order on withdrawal in Gaza.
The UNSC on Monday adopted the resolution by 14 votes with Russia abstaining from the votes.
