The United States in support of the E3 which includes Britain, France, and Germany is currently putting pressure on Iran to contain its nuclear program at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The Western countries have expressed concern over Iran’s activities concerning the development of atomic programs, as they hope to back off from the deal.
The US official said they intend to keep pressure on Iran on the issues at IAEA, saying their allies are abreast of the decision they take.
An email sent to the Iranian International by the U.S. official said, “We are increasing pressure on Iran through sanctions and international isolation as seen most recently in the coordinated G7 measures taken in the wake of Iran’s attack against last month.
No decision have been taken concerning the upcoming BOG. Any speculation about the decision is premature.”
The report shows that the US and its European allies aren’t able to conclude whether to confront Iran or not after a confidential IAEA report.
In the report, Iran has a total worth of 142.1 kg of Uranium as of May 11 which is an increase of 20.6 kg in February according to information disclosed by the UN watchdog in February.
This development means Iran has violated the limit of Uranium set in a nuclear agreement between Tehran and world powers in 2015.
