The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) continued their deadly operations in Jabalya today in the northern Gaza Strip and Rafah in the south.
The IDF reported that they eliminated terrorists and destroyed tunnel shafts. In Jabalya, they killed numerous terrorists linked with Hamas, destroyed launch posts, and retrieved explosives, mortar shells, AK-47 rifles, and sniper rifles. Additionally, in Rafah, the IDF destroyed more Hamas weapon storage facilities.
Furthermore, an aircraft from the Israeli Air Force targeted and demolished another launch site in Gaza City following the launch of two projectiles from that location, which landed in open areas.
The Israeli operations in Rafah and Jabalya have been strengthened in response to security threats emanating from these areas.

According to a report on Friday morning, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu postponed the IDF operation in the Jabalya refugee camp under pressure from Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.
