President Muhammad Buhari has done an excellent job at combating instability in the region, according to brig.-gen. Bashir Adewinmbi, (rtd), the commander of Amotekun in Osun.
In an interview with the news agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday, Adewinmbi said that the Buhari administration had provided the necessary assistance to relevant security agencies to carry out their duties.
according to him, the number of security challenges facing Nigeria since Buhari assumed office in 2015 has greatly decreased.
“we must first assess President Buhari’s contribution to ensuring stability in Nigeria, and the challenges that Boko haram has created.”
“Farmers-herdsmen clashes, the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (shiite), the niger delta militants, cybersecurity challenges, and kidnapping are among others,” the Amotekun security commander said.
